WedjatOptics Shipping Policy

At WedjatOptics, we would like to provide the most efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers. Please review the details of our Shipping Policy below.

  • All orders are shipped via USPS, or UPS, or FedEx. The carrier selection will be based on destination, package size, and delivery preferences.

  • WedjatOptics offers FREE shipping to all 50 ststes, D.C., and U.S. Territories on all orders over $150.

  • All orders less than $150 will ship to the lower 48 states, and the District of Columbia for a flat $10 rate.

  • All orders less than $150 will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories for a flat $25.

  • We are unable to ship any orders to U.S. Military addresses, PO Boxes, or International address outside the U.S..

  • Most in-stock orders will ship within 1-4 business days. Once shipped, you will automatically be notified with tracking information via email.

WedjatOptics Return & Refund Policy

At WedjatOptics, we would like you have satisfied purchasing experience. If you are experiencing any issues with your purchase, we are more than happy to assist you. Please review the details of our Return & Refund Policy below.

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your item was shipped.

  • Please note you are responsible for shipping your items back, except for defective/damaged items or wrong items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be in new, unused condition and must be in their original packaging. Any items that show signs of use or that have been mounted will not be accepted for returns or refunded.

  • To initiate your return, please send an email to info@wedjatoptics.com with your purchase order number or your receipt. Once we receive your email, we will provide you return instructions via email as well. Please follow the return instructions.

  • Once we receive your items, we will inspect your items and notify you asap the status of your refund or exchange. If you have elected to receive a refund and your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or other original method of payment within 10 business days. If you have elected to exchange the item, your replacement items will be shipped to you according to our Shipping Policy, and we will notify you of the new shipment.
